Returns

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt. If the product shipped is different than that identified in the order confirmation, or the product’s label or packaging incorrectly identifies its contents (in each such instance, “Nonconforming Goods”), you must notify our Rochester, NY office within ten (10) days after delivery. You will be deemed to have accepted the products if you fail to provide a notification within such ten (10) day period. 

If you timely notify us of any Nonconforming Goods, Seller shall, in its sole discretion, (i) replace such Nonconforming Goods with conforming products, or (ii) credit or refund the purchase price for such Nonconforming Goods, together with any reasonable third-party shipping and handling expenses actually incurred and paid by you in connection therewith. You agree to ship, at your expense and risk of loss, the Nonconforming Goods to a location reasonably designated by us. If we exercise our option to replace Nonconforming Goods, we will, after receiving your shipment of Nonconforming Goods, ship to you, at your expense and risk of loss, the replaced products to the location the Nonconforming Goods were shipped. 

You acknowledge and agree that the remedies set forth above are your exclusive remedies for Nonconforming Goods. Except as provided herein, all sales of products are made on a one-way basis and the return of products is not permitted. 

If your order arrives damaged, notify our Rochester, NY office within ten (10) days of delivery. Provide a detailed list of the damage or shortage. Include photos and a copy of the shipping receipt noting any issues. We’ll assist you in filing the appropriate claim with the carrier or vendor.
